Our Story
Moon River Property Solutions is more than a business; it’s a return to roots for partners Chris Holmes Jr. and Brent Beatty. Over ten years ago, the two were serving the Georgian Bay, Moon River, Sans Souci, and surrounding lakes. Back then, they did it all: docks, decks, walkways, cottage additions, cabins, grass cutting, cleaning, painting—you name it, they found a solution.
Life took Brent and his family elsewhere for a time, but as of this past August, they’ve returned home to the place they love most. Naturally, he and Chris have partnered again, bringing their hands-on experience and local knowledge back to the community.
Today, as part of the Maple Leaf Marinas family, Moon River Property Solutions—operating out of their familiar home at Moon River Marine—combines that same roll-up-your-sleeves dedication with the strength of a trusted network. From seasonal maintenance and renovations to docks, boathouses, and interior care, the team provides a full range of services designed to make cottage ownership stress-free.
Most importantly, Chris and Brent are locals who understand the unique lifestyle and challenges of cottage and waterfront living—and they care for every property as if it were their own.
